Key Responsibilities

The therapist will assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapeutic interventions for pediatric patients and their families. They are also responsible for managing crises, coordinating discharge planning, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant human services field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology. Additionally, they must obtain associate licensure or certification from the appropriate governing board within six months of employment.
