Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite advanced clinical care, including acute, episodic, preventive, and chronic disease management.

Deliver proactive care for employees, spouses, and dependents.

Collaborate with HPP nurses on claims analysis and care coordination.

Establish clinical pathways and treatment protocols.

Benefits & Compensation

Pay rate: $55 - $68/hour.

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree in Nursing, an active Michigan RN license, and FNP certification. Candidates must have at least 2 years of nursing experience and hold a BLS certification.
