The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients with communication and cognitive disorders resulting from brain injuries. They must also perform patient transfers and collaborate with other medical disciplines to ensure comprehensive care.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders and possess or be eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competence. Current state licensure or eligibility to practice is also required.
