Key Responsibilities
Plan and administer personalized physical therapy treatments to help patients regain strength and mobility within their homes. Document patient progress and collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement rehabilitation programs.
Requirements
Requires a current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license and CPR certification. A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance are mandatory, with one year of experience preferred.
