Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and an active, unrestricted Ohio medical license. Strong clinical expertise in geriatric medicine and experience in long-term care or home health settings are strongly preferred.
