Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

If you're passionate about making a meaningful difference in patients' lives — in the comfort of their homes or through the convenience of telehealth — we'd love to meet you. --- ## Responsibilities - Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in a home health or telehealth setting - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team - Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with regulatory and agency standards - Educate patients and family members on therapeutic exercises and strategies - Maintain consistent communication with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality, coordinated care --- ## Qualifications -

Current Texas State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

(required) - Home health or clinical experience preferred - Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance - Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills --- ## What We Offer -
