Franciscan Health Dyer Campus 24 Joliet St Dyer, Indiana 46311 Location: Franciscan Rehab 221 US Hwy 41, Suite H Schererville, In 46341 The Occupational Therapist I provides evaluation and treatment of the patient within the parameters of legal and professional guidelines and hospital and departmental policies and procedures.

The position instructs and directs Occupational Therapist Assistant and aides as assigned. The Occupational Therapist evaluates and implements the plan of care to improve, restore, and enhance performance in activities of daily living and functional mobility.
