Key Responsibilities
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant will assist in delivering individualized therapy based on treatment plans to improve patients' daily living skills. They are also responsible for tracking patient progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an Associate’s degree in an Occupational Therapy Assistant program and possess current certification from the NBCOT. Additionally, applicants must have or be eligible for state licensure to practice as a COTA.
