Key Responsibilities
- will you be doing in this role? * Providing direct, onsite patient care services and other professional services to meet client-requested coverage hours along with formulating and administering health programs and clinic protocols, as needed * Providing episodic, occupational, acute, primary, and preventative health care to patients * Conducting histories and physical examinations and prescribing medications and/or medical treatments based on evidence-based practice standards * Collaborating with the client, nursing staff, and the operations team in determining, executing, and implementing protocols, formularies, emergency plans, and quality assurance programs for the clinic under the state laws, rules, and regulations governing collaborative relationships * Be readily available to give consultation in the provision of health care to patients * Providing guidance and education to any additional clinical staff as appropriate This does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job.

Requirements
- Successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with Board Certification
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in state of practice location
- Not currently have any professional disciplinary proceeding of any state or federal authorities or to any disciplinary action of any medical facility in any jurisdiction
- Has never been excluded, suspended, or otherwise sanctioned by Medicare, Medicaid, or any other third
