Registered Nurse, Transplant Utilization Review

Key Responsibilities

The Transplant Nurse reviews and processes medical service requests for transplant patients while ensuring clinical documentation meets plan criteria. They also facilitate discharge planning and coordinate care transitions between providers, facilities, and internal teams.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted professional license such as an RN, LCSW, LPC, or PharmD. A minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience in a hospital setting is required, with preference given to those with transplant or health management experience.
