Key Responsibilities

• This is a PRN Position We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join the American Nursing Care Home Health team.

• Responsibilities: Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to determine therapy needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include exercises’, adaptive techniques, and use of assistive devices to improve patients functional abilities.
