Job Description
*Respiratory Therapist License Required
MAIN FUNCTION: Under the supervision of the Director, Respiratory Services and upon request of the physician, sets up and operates various types of respiratory care equipment to be utilized in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease and/or illness.
EDUCATION: AS Degree in Respiratory Therapy, Bachelors Preferred
EXPERIENCE: RRT required; 1 year clinical experience required; BLS, NRP required, ACLS preferred

Key Responsibilities
The Respiratory Therapist sets up and operates respiratory care equipment to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases. They perform these duties under the supervision of the Director of Respiratory Services and upon physician request.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy and possess an RRT license with at least one year of clinical experience. Required certifications include BLS and NRP, while ACLS is preferred.
