Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist is responsible for completing patient evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to individualized care plans. They must also maintain accurate documentation and follow all established facility policies and procedures.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid professional license in the state of practice and be a graduate of a CAPTE accredited school. Foreign-trained applicants must have their education deemed equivalent to U.S. standards by an APTA-approved organization.
