Key Responsibilities
You will perform nutrition assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress within an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Additionally, you will provide nutrition education to patients and staff while ensuring compliance with therapeutic diet standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Registered Dietitian credential from the CDR and a bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics. Current BLS and ServSafe certifications are also required for this role.
