Key Responsibilities
The Registered Dietitian provides nutrition assessments, develops individualized care plans, and delivers education to Home Care and Hospice patients. They also serve as a subject-matter expert for interdisciplinary teams and document all clinical interventions in the Electronic Medical Record.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition or Dietetics and have completed a post-graduate internship. A minimum of five years of clinical experience, along with current registration and New Hampshire licensure, is required.
