This position offers weekends off, day shifts only. Work with Aspire Educational Services in Wilmington, Delaware.
The consultant will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students with special needs. They will also provide training and support to school staff to ensure effective implementation of behavioral strategies.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree or higher in a relevant field and possess BCBA or LBS certification. Experience in conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and working with individuals with autism in a school setting is required.
