The Behavior Analyst will lead clinical care by designing individualized treatment plans and supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers. They will conduct functional behavior assessments and partner directly with families to drive progress and ensure treatment fidelity.
Candidates must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB. The role requires the ability to pass a criminal background check, TB test, and physical exam.
