The BCBA will provide direct applied behavior analytic services and behavioral consultation within an inpatient psychiatric consult team. Responsibilities include conducting functional assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and training hospital staff to improve care for patients with neurodevelopmental disorders.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in clinical or hospital settings is required, along with BCBA certification and NYS LBA licensure or eligibility.
