Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program or eligibility to obtain.

• State physical therapy license in good standing or eligibility to obtain.

• Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) or eligibility to take exam.

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic/neurological setting, preferred.
