Requirements

• of two years recent experience in an acute-care setting or one year recent experience in home infusion therapy 4.

• Experience and strong knowledge base in intravenous admixture services and intravenous therapy.

• Must be able to work effectively with others to provide safe and effective drug therapy.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $133K - $137K

• 401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.
