Key Responsibilities

• Assists Intake and Reauthorization departments by reviewing insurance medical policies and providing clinical assistance to sales, intake, reauthorization and referral sources.

• Works collaboratively with Corporate Sales and Corporate Development to improve and implement business strategy.

• Provides written documentation and reviews patient information for the intake and clinical teams to assist the patient referral process. As a Clinical Operations Pharmacist, you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy.

• Experience with accreditation process; quality/performance improvement; medical management process; developing, implementing and executing policies and procedures. Our
