Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with OR without a practice in California
- Passionate about one-on-one, patient-centered care
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in starting and growing their own practice, no matter what that looks like
- Excited by autonomy, flexibility, and engaging the business side of therapy
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, one-on-one patient-centered physical therapy care while maintaining full clinical autonomy. Manage the business side of an independent practice with the support of the Prava platform for billing, scheduling, and documentation.
Requirements
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with a passion for patient-centered care and an entrepreneurial mindset. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred.
