Summary of Job: NorthStar is searching for a CRNA to join our team at Nor-Lea Hospital District in Lovington, NM. Cases Include: General, Small Ortho, Eyes, GI/Endo and occasional ENT/Tonsils. Compensation: $336,000 Annual Base Pay, 13 Weeks PTO, $100,000 Sign-On Bonus, Full Benefits, and more.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases including general, orthopedic, eye, and GI procedures. Collaborate with the clinical team at Nor-Lea Hospital District to ensure efficient and safe patient outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must be qualified CRNAs capable of managing diverse anesthesia cases. The role requires a commitment to clinical excellence and the ability to work in a community-based hospital environment.
