About the Role
Join Marana Health as a Employment Services Specialist – Behavioral Health in United States. Marana Health is seeking an Employment Services Specialist to join the Behavioral Health team at the Marana Main Health Center, located in the heart of Marana, AZ. The Employment Services Specialist assists clients in recovery with their employment and vocational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- and Responsibilities: Implements Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA) supported, evidenced-based practices to assist clients in finding and retaining employment.
- Completes a Vocational Checklist, Vocational Assessment, and Individualized Plan for Employment to identify client’s barriers and needs.
- Assists in the development and implementation of educational opportunities for clients to increase their education, gain employment skills, and set and develop a career track.
- Provides assistance with interest testing, career exploration, resume and cover letter development, interviewing skills, job development and placement, and background checks.
