Behavioral Health - Recovery Coach

Key Responsibilities

The Recovery Coach provides direct behavioral health services including case management, skills training, and crisis intervention to clients and their families. They are responsible for maintaining audit-ready client charts, conducting assessments, and coordinating care with psychiatric and primary care staff.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a Social Services field or have four years of directly related behavioral health experience. Additional requirements include a Fingerprint Clearance Card, a valid Arizona driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
