Key Responsibilities

The Associate Clinical Therapist will assess and treat individuals with mental illnesses or substance abuse disorders through services like individual and group therapy, outreach, and crisis intervention for patients of all ages in a behavioral health setting. Core duties involve providing psychosocial assessments, assisting in comprehensive treatment plan creation, screening/diagnosing mental health issues, and maintaining documentation according to guidelines.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in a related field and hold one of the specific state board licenses required for the service location (WV, OH, MD, or PA). Essential abilities include working autonomously, strong collaboration skills, efficient time management, and understanding human development and socio-cultural factors.
