• Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and discharge planning within endorsed Nurse Practitioner scope.

• Initiate and interpret diagnostic investigations, prescribe medications and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Lead quality improvement initiatives, clinical protocol development and risk management processes within the Emergency Department.

• Provide clinical leadership, education, mentoring and consultancy to nursing, medical and allied health staff.
