COTA-Certified Occupational Therapist Asst PRN

Key Responsibilities

The COTA provides direct patient care and implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. They are responsible for documenting daily treatment notes and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support resident progress.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and hold a current, active California COTA license. Proficiency in electronic documentation systems and experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric setting are preferred.
