Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field, along with at least one year of experience working with behavioral health patients. Required credentials include current Ohio licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LSW, along with CPR and CPI certifications, the latter of which will be provided upon hire.
