Key Responsibilities
The Art Therapist will design and implement individualized art therapy programs to support students with autism in developing social-emotional, communication, and coping skills. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to track student progress and ensure therapeutic activities align with IEP goals and behavioral plans.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree or PhD in Art Therapy and be a Registered Art Therapist (ATR or ATR-BC). At least two years of professional experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is required.
