The provider will deliver medical care and specialty services to patients within the Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine clinic. Responsibilities include conducting physical assessments, managing patient health records, and collaborating with physicians to ensure high-quality care.
Candidates must have completed an accredited Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner program and hold a current Oregon license. A minimum of three years of professional experience and proficiency with Epic EMR are strongly preferred.
