About the Role
Join Elim Christian Services as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst – School, Sign-On Bonus in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- lead behavior supports across a student caseload and collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team.
- Lead quarterly Behavior Review Committee (BRC) meetings * Provide individual and group RBT supervision pe.
- Conduct formal and informal assessments and monitor behavior throughout the school day * Develop FBAs and BI.
- Provide direct intervention and crisis response using approved procedures * Participate in all IEP meetings.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification HOURS
- Monday–Friday, 8:15 a. m.–3:15 p. m.
