Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients to assess functional impairments and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence. They will deliver care at assisted living facilities while documenting services in compliance with state and facility standards.

Requirements

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program and hold an active or pending state license to practice. Strong communication skills and a passion for working with the senior population are required.
