The Speech Language Pathologist will develop and implement rehabilitation programs for patients in their homes, including diagnosing and treating communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. They will also serve as a case manager, supervising home health aides and coordinating care plans with families and caregivers.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program and possess a valid State of Hawaii license. Additionally, a current Basic Life Support CPR certification and 2-step TB clearance are required.
