Key Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist will develop and implement rehabilitation programs for patients in their homes, including diagnosing and treating communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. They will also serve as a case manager, supervising home health aides and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program and possess a valid State of Hawaii license. Additionally, a current Basic Life Support CPR certification and 2-step TB clearance are required.
