The Nurse Practitioner will evaluate and manage terminal illnesses by developing personalized care plans and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. They are responsible for providing compassionate medical care, conducting patient assessments, and ensuring compliance with state and federal hospice regulations.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree and a current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in Florida. At least one year of hospice or palliative care experience is preferred, along with proficiency in EMR systems and valid CPR certification.
