Home Care - Speech Therapist, PRN

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognition, and swallowing needs within a home care setting. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans and ensure safe transitions of care.

Requirements

Requires a degree from an accredited Speech Therapy program, an active Nebraska or compact state license, and BLS CPR certification. Preference is given to candidates with at least two years of experience in home care, long-term care, or hospital settings.
