Social Worker (FT - LCSW)

Key Responsibilities

Social workers will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention for patients with behavioral and psychiatric disorders. They are also responsible for managing caseloads, facilitating support groups, and coordinating discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work and possess the appropriate state licensure such as LCSW, LMSW, or LSW. Two or more years of experience working with patient populations is preferred, along with required certifications in CPR and de-escalation.
