  • Compensation & Bonuses (Designed to Attract YOU)
  • Salary: $85,000 – $120,000/year (based on experience & caseload)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
  • Paid in milestones (e. g., 90 days + 6 months)
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to $1,500

Your Role

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and support RBTs/BTs
  • Provide parent training and caregiver collaboration
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming
  • Maintain high-quality, insurance-compliant documentation
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Experience with early intervention and/or clinic-based services preferred
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Willingness to work in-person (hybrid schedule)

Key Responsibilities

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress while adjusting programming as needed. Additionally, the role involves supervising RBTs/BTs and providing training and collaboration for parents and caregivers.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with early intervention or clinic-based services is preferred, along with a willingness to work in a hybrid, in-person capacity.
