PRN Pharmacists are responsible for ensuring clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions, including verification of hard copy and digital Rx's, and communication with healthcare professionals. They also perform DUR to identify MTM eligible patients and ensure all legal, privacy, and compliance requirements are met.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) and hold an active state Pharmacist license in good standing. A key requirement is the ability to manage a fluctuating schedule dictated by business needs, with no guaranteed hours.
