Boston Speech Therapy is excited to announce an opening for a Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor to join our dedicated team. We offer competitive compensation ranging from $85 to $95 per hour based on experience. The supervisor will provide supervision to an SLP, conduct evaluations, and attend team meetings.

In this role, you will work collaboratively within a supportive team environment focused on fostering effective communication skills in clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise SLP, conduct evaluations, and attend team meetings.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for clients, assessing their speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other professionals, families, and educators to optimize client care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in speech therapy.
• Stay current with developments in the field of speech-language pathology.
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Extensive clinical experience, including supervisory roles preferred
• Experience in conducting evaluations and assessments
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to professional development and quality care
• 1099 contract
