They are also responsible for facilitating referrals, ensuring follow-up care, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold a valid LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license and possess a valid driver's license with auto insurance. Experience working with individuals with mental illness, emotional disorders, and substance-related disorders is preferred.
