Join Acadia as a Behavioral Counselor PRN – Weekend Day Shifts in Arizona, United States. Sierra Tucson, a renowned residential treatment center, is seeking a PRN Residential Counselor (Behavioral Therapist) to work at our beautiful campus at the base of the Catalina Mountains, located at 39580 S. Lago Del Oro Parkway Tucson, AZ 85739
Work Schedule
- Per Diem position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.

Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions while developing and implementing patient treatment plans. Act as a liaison for patients and provide crisis intervention to ensure quality care and safety.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a social or health services field along with at least one to two years of professional counseling experience. Candidates must hold or be eligible for relevant state licensure and possess CPR and de-escalation certifications.
