Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include triaging calls, providing pre-appointment information, encouraging patient portal enrollment, and ensuring accurate data collection for clinical and financial needs.

Requirements

Candidates need a High School diploma or equivalent and three years of experience in a healthcare setting, call center, or customer service, though completion of a specific apprenticeship can substitute for experience. Proficiency in English, strong medical terminology knowledge, excellent communication skills, and working knowledge of PC/Windows/Excel are required.
