Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will perform patient evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to individualized care plans. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate, timely documentation and following all facility policies and procedures.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid professional Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice. They must also be a graduate of an ACOTE accredited school and have passed or be eligible for the NBCOT certification exams.
