Key Responsibilities
The Infusion Pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy services, including sterile compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring for chronic and acute infusion therapies. They also supervise pharmacy staff and collaborate with nursing and reimbursement teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or R.Ph. degree with active state licensure. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a specialty home infusion company or hospital IV room is required.
