Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing and supportive care to terminally ill patients across various settings including homes and facilities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor patient conditions and guide Certified Nursing Assistants in delivering high-quality care.

Requirements

Requires a valid Registered Nurse license and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team with excellent time management.
