Senior Director, Physician Services

Key Responsibilities

This role provides leadership, direction, and management for all aspects of Physician Practice Management, ensuring policies are implemented for efficient operations and taking overall responsibility for financial and operational performance. The Director also leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of professional development strategies within Physician Services, coordinating with Talent Development programs.

Requirements

Candidates must have graduated from a program in Health Care Management or Business Administration, holding a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred). A minimum of ten years of experience managing physician practices is required, along with the ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
