About the Role

Join Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services as a Therapist I – Hybrid, $10K Sign-On Bonus in United States. Therapist I (Inglewood Adult Services) This is a full-time, hybrid position that requires a mixture of field work, office work, and time spent working remotely. You have the option to elect into a 9/80 flex work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides intake assessment, crisis intervention, short

• term therapy, and life skills groups to adults experiencing mental health and/or co

• occurring disorders with the goal of aiding in reduction of barriers towards obtaining and/or maintaining employment.

• Independently performs intake assessments and formulates diagnoses and case conceptualization using a culturally competent approach.

Requirements

• Holds a degree as an MSW, MFT, PCC, Psy. D, and one to two years experience working with those with a history of mental illness and/or substance use in a social service/mental health environment.

• Must be registered with BBS or Board of Psychology as an AMFT, ACSW, APCC. (Unlicensed Psychologists must have a DMH Waiver.)

• Current knowledge of all job specific skills including crisis intervention and individual/family therapy, multicultural and socio

• economic issues, and documentation standards.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $70,305 - $72,305

• Signing bonus: $1.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.

• Call responsibilities required.
