Key Responsibilities

The Staff Therapist II provides direct clinical counseling services, client assessments, and case management to university students. They also perform outreach, consultation, and crisis intervention duties while maintaining adherence to center policies and quality standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, or social work and possess at least two years of relevant experience. Licensure in the state of Alabama is required, or the ability to obtain it within one year of hire.
